General terms on enrolment at M T Metodologia Natação e Esportes LTDA (“MT Natação”), registered under CNPJ 46.505.843/0001-40, located at Rua Sincorá, 584 – Jardim Umuarama, São Paulo – SP, 04650-000, Brazil. Specific terms are set at the time of enrolment.
New students are welcome to a trial class before enrolling. Enrolment confirms the program, schedule and monthly fee.
Enrolment follows Brazil's Consumer Protection Code (CDC). For enrolments made at a distance, you may withdraw within 7 days under article 49 of the CDC.
You may cancel with the notice set out in your enrolment agreement. Fees already due are payable up to the cancellation date.
