General terms on enrolment at M T Metodologia Natação e Esportes LTDA (“MT Natação”), registered under CNPJ 46.505.843/0001-40, located at Rua Sincorá, 584 – Jardim Umuarama, São Paulo – SP, 04650-000, Brazil. Specific terms are set at the time of enrolment.
Trying and enrolling
A trial class is available for newcomers; enrolment then sets the program, timetable and monthly price.
Consumer rights
The Consumer Protection Code (CDC) applies to all enrolments; for remote enrolments, the 7-day withdrawal right of article 49 is respected.
Cancellation
You can cancel by giving the notice stated in your contract; amounts due up to cancellation must be paid.
